As a freelance speaker with many years of experience, it is important to me to have clear and fair terms and conditions. These terms and conditions serve to set out my contractual terms and fulfil my duty to provide information.

They cover details regarding my speaking engagements, prices, and the terms and conditions for booking, cancellation and any withdrawal. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Two preliminary consultations – available via telephone, Skype or Zoom; or a private meeting in Wuppertal or Cologne (with light refreshments in Wuppertal)

I am happy to assist you or answer any questions you may have about the wedding ceremony at any time 

A  personalised speech for the ceremony, incorporating your love story, any additional wishes and a surprise from yours truly

Detailed planning of your ceremony tailored to your wishes

Travel costs are calculated at 0.35 km.

*Initial consultation:

The first consultation (approx. 35–40 minutes) is, of course, free of charge with no obligation, so you can take your time to decide whether I’m the right fit for you.

 

**When you wish to book:

​

A deposit and booking fee of €500 must be paid by bank transfer following the initial consultation (once you decide to book my services). The final balance is due seven days before the wedding ceremony.

**Cancellation:

​

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the ceremony. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded. It is agreed that bans and restrictions imposed under the North Rhine-Westphalia Coronavirus Protection Ordinance shall also be considered force majeure. In this case, a new date will first be announced or sought. Should the service provider be unable to attend on the new date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
